TIN has worked with Serviced Apartment News – the sector’s leading news service – since 2014. In that time the companies have collaborated on two projects.
The Serviced Apartment Digital Benchmark Report, first published in 2015 and up-dated a year later, looks at how serviced apartment brands are harnessing digital channels to drive occupancy and rate. The report focusses on the leading 50 apartment brands, their social media reach and online reputation scores.
The Serviced Apartment Awards are the first to recognise excellence across the full apartment sector. Launched in 2016 with 18 award categories, the first Serviced Apartment Awards event attracted over 350 industry professionals and over 14,000 votes from Serviced Apartment News readers.
