Who are we

We have access to experts in all travel sectors from accommodation to ground transport, and every marketing discipline from research to social media. However our clients pay only for the expertise they require.

Mark Harris – Director

Founded in 2005, TIN is owned and led by Mark Harris. Mark joined the business travel industry in 1990, is a former Marketing Director at two hotel booking agents and Head of Marketing at ITM. He was voted the business travel industry’s Personality of the Year in 2006.

As well as being responsible for TIN’s editorial output and client relationships, Mark is a regular contributor to trade media and moderator/presenter of industry events. After lunch he is chairman of Witton Albion FC and the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League.

Graham Cook – Head of Sales

Graham is a very experienced business travel sales professional, having worked with TMCs, HBAs and in the meetings sector, winning and implementing major contracts. Over the years he has built up a formidable network of contacts at corporate, supplier and intermediary levels, joining TIN in 2017.

As Head of Sales, he is responsible for driving sponsorship and advertising income from TIN-commissioned projects, as well as developing new client relationships for the business. ‘Cookie’ (as he’s universally known) is a big Everton FC fan and once met is never forgotten!

Nat Taylor – Events Manager

Natalie looks after the events TIN manages on behalf of our clients. After entering the industry at the tender age of 18, her go-getting attitude has seen her progress quickly.

As well as many annual hospitality events, Natalie runs event management and production teams for some of Europe’s most popular festivals including Glastonbury Festival of Music and Arts, Outlook Festival and Snowboxx Festival. In her spare time you’ll either find her sliding down a snowy mountain or visiting a new corner of the world.

Ole Bo Larsen – TIN Associate

Ole is an international business travel professional, having worked at both operational and strategic levels within corporate and supplier roles. His specialist knowledge comes from TMC sales and key account management; procurement, travel management and travel technology. Ole currently runs his own consulting business.

Andy Todd – TIN Associate

Andy followed his father into aviation. He worked in airline operational and commercial roles, later moving into consultancy and then procurement. Since 2003 he has specialised in travel data and managing traveller behaviour, blaming IBM for his transition from poacher to gamekeeper! Andy loves sunshine, rum punches, Sheffield United and Bob Marley.

Richard Majewski – TIN Associate

Richard is one of the serviced apartment sector’s most experienced professionals, having worked in the industry for 20 years, latterly with his specialist consultancy SABA which runs networking events, monthly forums and a property sourcing service. His specialist expertise includes helping operators to market to agencies and direct clients, and exploiting the vacation rental market.
