During a three year period from 2013 to 2016, TIN was commissioned by HRS to write a series of four white papers looking at different aspects of hotel distribution and its associated costs.

The first paper in the series was Content is King and looked at the importance of good content in a corporate hotel programme. The next was The Cost of Choice, detailing the cost of different distribution channels and their relevance to travel managers.

This was followed by Lowering the Bar, which looked at how to find the cheapest hotel rates, and the series concluded with Pillars of Perfect Programmes, which drew together content, rates and the other cornerstones of an effective hotel programme.
